Now this is the cutest snow man you have ever seen. It took a little bit of convincing to get him to sit in the snow, but once I did he liked playing in it. It is a good thing, since we got another 3 inches or so last night! I have never seen so much snow. We have had snow on the ground for the last 2 months!

SLEDDIN
Ani and Ruston love sledding! Daddy pulls them on the knee board down the hill by the house. They both squeal the whole time!
ridin
Look who is pushing who! You knew it wouldn't be long. Ruston had fun pushing Ani, but he wasn't too good at steering yet!
story time
Somebody loves their TJ Bearytales that Santa brought them. It is so cute. Ruston will lay on his tummy an watch this bear tell a story.

We Miss You!
On December 14th our lives changed forever when we lost Virgel's Dad, Buddy. For those of you that never had the pleasure of knowing Buddy, he was a kind hearted generous person, who loved nature and nothing more than spending time with his grand children. We are going to miss him so very much.
I thank all of you so much for your calls, cards, thoughts, and prayers. It has meant so much to us to have all of you there.
Our first snow
This is a picture off of our back deck. It was still snowing. We got about 4 inches that day and we have had white stuff on the ground ever since.
Let it snow, Let it snow. . .
Oh what fun it is to play. . . Ruston isn't so excited about getting cold, but they like the snow. Ani wants to make a snow man, but it wont stick together. Bummer.
Run Faster!
Ani loves the snow! She wanted Daddy to run faster and faster! She would just scream as he pulled her down the hill!
Santa Clause
On our way back from Arkansas we couldn't make it because they closed the interstate about 2 hours from the house. It was probably a good thing, since we couldn't see the road anymore and it was snowing pretty hard. We knew of a lodge not far from where we were. It was a great place with an indoor water park. When we got inside, Santa was there. The kids hadn't sat on Santa lap yet, so we let them. As you can see, Ani is no longer afraid on the man in the big red suit!
Our tree
Ruston loves the tree. He has done really well at leaving the tree alone. I just have to make sure he doesn't try to eat any thing on it!
