Fifteen years ago
It started with saying "I do" Fiften years ago and look where we are now. We are happy, with two beautiful healthy, amazing childern. I can't ask for more. I can't to see what the next fifteen years bring.

Crazy Hair Day
The next to the last day before school - Crazy hair day. We found most of her pony tails and put them ALL in. The addition of her bright green poofy barrett in the front was just like icing on the cake. She loved it. I had to take a picture at night because I was scared - very scared of what it was going to be in the morning. It survived.
Now - the last day of school. How did that happen. I just dropped her off for the first day. It can't be the last day. A 1st grader, oh my. My little princess is growing up.
Rollie Pokie?
Ruston called it a Rollie Pokie - too cute. As I write this I can't help think about how he will think writing these things was torture one day. Hehehehe. What fun.
Ani's Turn
She wasn't as freaked out as I thought. We told her that she could put it back in the grass when she was done and the immediately put it down. funny girl.

Goofy boy. You have to look closely, but there is a little rolly polly bug on his index finger. The kids thought it was such fun!

MINE!!!!
My computer has arrived. YIPPEEE!!!! It came today and as you can see it didn't take long for me to find my old friend Picasa and start blogging some pictures again. It is so much easier with that program. Tomorrow I will hook up my Cricut (my scrapbooking machine) and start using it.
Virgel is dying to get his hands on this computer. I have told him - NO Mine!
I guess I will play nice and share, tomorrow! :)

Gymnastics Recital
Ani had her recital for gymnastics last night. She did very well and has learned a lot. She is really enjoying it and the friends she has made.
Momma's boy
Can you say Momma's Boy??? This one is definately a Momma's boy. He will push Ani away and tell her that I am his mom. Eventually they both end up on my lap!

New computer on it's way!
I am so excited. I am getting my own laptop! I was very happy about putting our old computer in my scrap room and setting it up. It will not connect to the internet anymore, but that was o.k. I wanted to be able to print stuff for my scrapbooks and pictures. I also was thinking of getting the Cricut Design studio to connect my cricut to the computer - way cool. So, I couldn't wait and bought it. Unfortunately, when I loaded it I found that our old computer no longer had the right version of Windows - major bummer. So, Virgel agreed to a brand new computer for me! Yippeee. I can't wait. I have been bummed out since we bought the Apple, since Picasa isn't compatible with it and I LOVE using picasa. So, now I get picasa back, internet, connection to my Cricut and printers. He said happy Mother's day after I ordered it. Definitely! Exactly what I wanted. . . . . Hopefully I will blog more often now since picasa makes it easier. And it will make scrapping easier too! By the way I am on Face book now. Oh how silly!

My Scrapbook Room
Well, some of you have asked for pictures of my scrapbook room, so here they are. I have rearranged a couple of times now and did again just today to include a space for Ani. She is now getting her own supplies and it is time for her to have her own area. I am still in need of closet doors and trim work. We didn't worry with it this winter due to the bitter cold. I didn't want to make a mess cutting the work inside, so I decided we would live without it a little longer. So, here are the pictures. I really love my space, and I love that Ani shares it with me.
Supply wall
I have all my paper along this wall. Does the paper rack look familiar Amy? I love it, so worth the wait. My wood shelves are awesome and special. It was originally a curio that belong to my Mom. The doors had been damaged for years and didn't open properly, so I removed them, cleaned it up and now it is used and more appreciated than it has been in years. I hope she would have approved.
Ani's space
I had to make room for Ani. She has to work with me now. It is easier for her to have her own table AND supplies.
computer zone
I have my computer, printer and cricut all here and easy to work on. The next thing I want is a the Cricut design studio! I can't wait.
My table
My table was a great deal at a furniture store. It had a scratch on it so I got it for $100!!! AWESOME. It is counter height which I love. I can easily sit or stand to work on my pages.
The hunt
It wasn't terribly cold outside, but we went ahead and hunted eggs down stairs. They had fun and lucky for us - found all the eggs!
Coloring eggs
Time again to color eggs. This was the night we got back from CoCo Keys. They were a little tired. But the eggs were all colored and ready for the bunny!
CoCo Key
So no Key Largo, but the indoor water park CoCo Key is suppose to have a Key's feeling. We spent the night in the hotel connected to the park and let the kids play. We had a lot of fun and WORE the kids out. when we got home the kids slept for 12 hours straight.
Colddddd
I wanted a cute picture. I got this one. She was just too cold to stand still for very long. O.k. go run get back on the slide!
Down together
Another slide and 1,2, t. h r. ...e. e. .. It was really cold. These two were really freezing. Not to mention Virgel and I!
Protective
Ani is so protective of Ruston. She watches over him so closely and makes sure no one gets in his way or hurts him. She gets so upset if he gets hurts. I love how close they are. They are really lost without each other.
SLEEP OVER!
Yep. Ani wanted a sleep over party. So three of her friends stayed the night. What an adventure. Of, course Ruston was never far away. They had a great time. The basement was totally destroyed by morning, but they had a great time.
Happy Birthday, Ani
While we were singing Happy Birthday to Ani. She LOVES the attention. I am so proud of my little girl. She is growing up to be a good girl, smart, polite, and beautiful - inside and out. What more can I ask for.
The one to watch
No he may not look like much, but for us he is the one to watch. Ani came home a couple of week ago with a paper heart. It had I luv you written on it. This little boy was the author. Our only hope at this point is that Ani still considers Brad in Florida as her boyfriend, so she can't have any others! but - we are watch - closely!!!!
